  • Salary/Compensation: As per company norms, with an annual enhancement of 3% based on performance.

    • Agent (Mining): ₹94,000/month
    • Manager (Mining): ₹75,000/month
    • Safety Officer: ₹63,000/month
    • Other Posts: ₹29,000–₹75,000/month
  • Remuneration: Fixed consolidated salary as per post, discussed during the interview.
