SBI Head Recruitment 2024 Qualification and Experience:
Requirements:
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Preference for candidates with a Management Degree (MBA/PGDBM/PGDM).
- Minimum 18 years' experience in Marketing & Communications, with focus on eCommerce, Banking, Fintech, or IT.
- At least 10 years' BFSI experience and 5 years in a Senior Management Role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute brand and product marketing, advertising, publicity, corporate communications, and digital/social media initiatives.
- Measure and report on marketing campaign performance.
SBI Head Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:
- Shortlisting: Candidates meeting the minimum qualifications and experience criteria will be shortlisted by the Bank's committee based on predetermined parameters.
- Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interaction process carrying 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
- Merit List: A merit list will be prepared based on interview scores. In case of tied scores, candidates will be ranked by age in descending order.
- CTC Negotiation: Negotiations will be conducted individually with candidates based on their position in the merit list.
SBI Head Recruitment 2024 Application Fees:
- For General/EWS candidates: Rs. 750/- (Seven Hundred Fifty only)
- For SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates: No fees/intimation charges apply.
