NABARD’s C-PEC, BIRD, Lucknow is hiring 5 Cooperative Development Officers on contract basis. Apply by 12 July 2025 via email.

Positions: 05 CDOs – Level 1 (3 posts) & Level 2 (2 posts)
Location: C-PEC, BIRD, Sector‑H LDA Colony, Kanpur Road, Lucknow‑226012 (UP)
Contract Duration: Initial 2 years (extendable by 1+1 year based on performance)
Age Limit (as on 01 Jan 2025): Level 1 – max 50 years; Level 2 – max 62 years
Education & Experience:
- Level 1: Graduate in Economics, Commerce, Agri, IT, etc.; ≥2 years coop/ICT experience
- Level 2: Postgraduate (preference M.Phil/Ph.D) in relevant subjects; ≥4 years in coop training/research/finance
Key Responsibilities: Accreditation, certification & standardization of training; cooperative database & IEC material development; research, stakeholder engagement; seminars, workshops, field visits; digital platform work
Remuneration: Level 1 – ₹65,000/month; Level 2 – ₹85,000/month (performance/qualifications may increase)
Selection Process: Written ability test, PowerPoint presentation & personal interview; preference to experience/certifications
