Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) is inviting online applications from eligible Indian Nationals for the positions of Process Server and Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon in District & Sessions Courts and Family Courts. Citizenship: The candidate must be a citizen of India as defined in the Constitution of India or under any law made by the Parliament to regulate the rights for citizenship.

Age, Educational Qualifications, Experience:

• The candidate must meet the age, educational qualifications, experience, etc., as specified in the Recruitment Rules notified by the User Department for the post they intend to apply for.
• The educational qualification, age, experience, etc., as stipulated in the advertisement, shall be determined as of 18/04/2024.

Note:

• Objective/MCQ Test duration is 120 minutes for General Candidates and 160 minutes for PwD Candidates.
• There is a deduction of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
• Skill Test / Endurance Test / Driving Test will be conducted as per the requirement of the job.

• Examinations: The examinations will be conducted for the posts of Process Server and Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon in Delhi District Courts and Family Courts.
• Preference Selection: Candidates will provide detailed preferences for the post at the time of the interview conducted by the user department.
• Allocation of Department: If a candidate does not specify their preference, the user department will make the allocation based on the candidate's eligibility as per Recruitment Rules (RRs). This allocation will be final.
• Final Preferences: Preferences specified during the interview will be considered final and cannot be changed later under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to be cautious while exercising their preference.

The cutoff date for eligibility verification is the application closing date, and reservation benefits are provided to various categories as per government regulations and court rules. Candidates must possess valid certificates and select their category during online application, with no changes allowed later. Vacancies are determined by the courts, and OBC candidates require NCL certificates. PwBD candidates with disabilities of 40% or more are eligible for reservation, with compensatory time provided if needed. EWS appointments are provisional pending verification of income certificates. Ex-servicemen also have reservation benefits, and SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates selected on general merit are treated as general candidates.
