Attention job seekers! West Bengal Police has announced vacancies for the position of Constable with 11,749 openings. The notice was published on 5th March 2024. To be eligible, candidates must have passed the Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent. The West Bengal Police Constable Recruitment for the year 2024 has specific age criteria that candidates must adhere to. Here are the details:

Age Range: Candidates applying for the West Bengal Police Constable position must be between 18 and 30 years old as of January 1, 2024.

Age Relaxation:

  • Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates are eligible for a relaxation of up to 5 years.
  • Other Backward Classes-A and Other Backward Classes-B candidates are eligible for a relaxation of up to 3 years.
  • Third Gender persons are eligible for a relaxation of up to 3 years.
